Return, Refund & Exchange Policy

At BindiBelle, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

1. Return & Exchange Eligibility

We offer returns and exchanges within 7 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return or exchange:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and undamaged.
  • All original tags, labels, and packaging must be intact.
  • The product must be returned in the same condition in which it was received.
  • Proof of purchase (Order ID or invoice) is required.

Products that do not meet these conditions may not be eligible for return or refund.


2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Products marked as "Final Sale" or "Non-Returnable."
  • Customized or personalized products.
  • Gift cards and promotional items.
  • Products damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or washing by the customer.

3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products

If you receive:

  • A damaged product
  • A defective product
  • An incorrect item
  • A product with missing parts

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please provide:

  • Order Number
  • Photos of the product
  • Photos of the package
  • Unboxing video (if available)

After verification, we will arrange a replacement or refund as applicable.


4. How to Request a Return

To initiate a return or exchange:

  1. Email us at support@bindibelle.com.
  2. Mention your Order ID and reason for return.
  3. Our support team will review your request and provide further instructions.
  4. Do not ship products back without receiving approval from our team.

Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.


5. Reverse Pickup

Where available, BindiBelle will arrange a reverse pickup service.

If reverse pickup is unavailable in your area, you may be asked to ship the product to our return address. In such cases, shipping reimbursement may be provided only if the return is approved due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item.


6. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect the returned product:

  • You will receive an email confirming approval or rejection of the refund.
  • Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds may be processed bank transfer.

Refunds are generally processed within 5–7 business days after approval, although bank processing times may vary.


7. Exchange Policy

If you require a different size or received a defective product, we will arrange an exchange subject to stock availability.

  • Exchanges can only be requested within the eligible return period.
  • Exchanged items cannot be exchanged repeatedly for the same order unless there is a manufacturing defect.

8. Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled before dispatch.

If the order has already been shipped, cancellation may not be possible, and the standard return policy will apply.

For prepaid orders cancelled before dispatch, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method.


9. Color & Product Appearance Disclaimer

We strive to display product colors and images as accurately as possible. However, actual colors may vary slightly due to:

  • Screen settings
  • Device display variations
  • Photography lighting conditions

Minor variations in color, texture, or stitching should not be considered defects.
