9. Shipping & Delivery

BindiBelle delivers within India, subject to serviceability.

BindiBelle uses Shiprocket as a shipping aggregation and logistics platform. Orders may be assigned to third-party courier partners for delivery.

For metro cities and major serviceable locations, orders generally reach customers within approximately 4 to 6 days after dispatch.

Orders to remote, difficult-to-service, or other locations may take longer.

These delivery timeframes are estimates and are not guaranteed. Actual delivery depends on factors including the third-party courier partner, location, serviceability, route, weather, public holidays, operational conditions, and other circumstances.

BindiBelle does not directly operate the courier network or employ or control individual courier field executives.

10. Returns & Exchanges

Eligible products may be returned or exchanged within 5 days from the date of delivery, subject to the conditions of our Return & Exchange Policy.

Returned products are subject to inspection before a return, exchange, or refund is approved.

A second exchange may be permitted subject to availability and will be chargeable, with applicable exchange, shipping, or related charges communicated before processing.

11. Refunds

For an approved return, the returned product must first reach the BindiBelle warehouse and successfully pass inspection.

Once an eligible refund is initiated for a prepaid order, it may generally take 4–7 days to reflect in the original payment method, based on the standard timeframe provided by Razorpay.

Actual reflection time may vary depending on the bank or payment provider.

12. Order Cancellation

Cancellation requests should be submitted to BindiBelle as soon as possible.

An order that has already been shipped before the cancellation request is received or processed will be treated as a standard return, subject to the applicable Return & Exchange Policy.
